In conflict-affected Mindanao,
the EQuALLS project is striving to:
- Increase community-based learning opportunities;
- Improve instructional capacity in reading, English,
math, and science;
- Reintegrate out-of-school youth into a peaceful,
productive economy;
- Reform policy and strengthen implementation capacity
at the national and local levels.
